Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

Shipping within Germany: €5.95

Order processing time 1 to 2 days

Order deadline: 4:00 PM (local time)

all working day from Monday to Friday

International deliveries:

Shipping to EU: €19.90

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will be made within 3 – 5 days, for international deliveries within 5 – 10 days after conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
